Reebok Edge Jerseys

The Reebok edge jerseys are a new line of hockey jerseys designed by Reebok. They spent 3 years developing these jerseys. The new jerseys are tighter-fitting, are less water-absorbent, and are more flexible than before.

Heeding player complaints, Reebok has modified the Edge jerseys, removing the play-dry material in the front and making the sleeves bigger. The new jerseys, dubbed the Edge II, made their debut at the 2008 NHL Winter Classic on January 1, 2008.

The Reebok Edge Jersey has continued to evolve since, as the Reebok Edge material currently worn in the NHL resembles that of the pre-2007 CCM/Reebok jerseys more than the original Reebok Edge material.

Some teams have also altered the design of their uniforms or logos to match the Rbk edge material such as the San Jose Sharks, Tampa Bay Lightning, Ottawa Senators, Vancouver Canucks and the Minnesota Wild.

Here is a look at the jersey
